Eurockéennes 2026 takes place from Thursday 2 to Sunday 5 July on the Presqu’île du Malsaucy near Belfort, France, for the festival’s 36th edition. 51 artists are booked across 4 stages, headlined by The Offspring, Pulp, Orelsan and Aya Nakamura. Camping is included free with every ticket (from €67 per day). From London, fly direct to EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse with easyJet or Ryanair (from ~£50, 1h35), then take a train to Belfort and a free festival shuttle. Book now: the 130,000 tickets for the 2025 edition sold out nearly completely.

Every summer since 1989, the Presqu’île du Malsaucy transforms into one of the most singular festival sites in Europe. Surrounded by two lakes just 7 km from Belfort in eastern France, this 55-hectare peninsula has hosted the Eurockéennes for the 36th time — a festival that grew from 10,000 spectators at its first edition to 130,000 in 2025, without ever losing its eclectic identity. The 2026 lineup brings together Californian punk back after 18 years (The Offspring), Britpop returning 28 years on (Pulp), French rap (Orelsan), global urban pop (Aya Nakamura) and a soul finale with Ben Harper. Here is everything you need to know to plan your trip, whether you’re travelling from London or elsewhere in the UK. For more summer music festivals in Europe, visit our festival guide.

The Offspring (21:00) make a triumphant return after 18 years away from Belfort — their last appearance was in 2008. Social Distortion (19:15), the American punk legend founded in 1978, precedes them. Airbourne (23:15), the Australians with AC/DC-influenced riffs known for incendiary performances, close out the night. Opening act Upchuck (17:45) is endorsed by Iggy Pop and Henry Rollins.

Ultra Vomit (19:30) provides a metal-parody warm-up. At the Chapiteau Greenroom, Joy Crookes (18:30) — the London soul singer compared to Amy Winehouse — is one of the most anticipated moments of the evening. On La Plage stage, Sleaford Mods (22:15) bring their electronic post-punk to the lakeshore. The collective « Pandemonium Reloaded » featuring Vald, Vladimir Cauchemar and Todiefor also features in the programme, according to JDS.fr.

Ben Harper & The Innocent Criminals (23:00) close the festival in his 5th appearance at Belfort (previous visits: 1995, 1998, 2001, 2008). 55 hectares between two lakes, 7 km from Belfort

55 ha natural site 7 km from Belfort centre 49 protected animal species LPO Wildlife Refuge

According to the Conseil Départemental du Territoire de Belfort, the peninsula spans three communes (Évette-Salbert, La Chapelle-sous-Chaux, Sermamagny) and is flanked by the Malsaucy lake and the Véronne lake. The site shelters 8 protected plant species and 49 protected animal species, 33 of which are protected at European or national level. Outside the festival, the leisure base offers canoeing, kayaking, windsurfing, beach volleyball, mini-golf and walking trails. It is one of the very few French festivals held on a classified LPO (League for the Protection of Birds) Wildlife Refuge.

The four stages take full advantage of the landscape: the Main Stage (capacity 30,000) is the festival’s heart; the Chapiteau Greenroom is a covered structure for more intimate sets; La Plage has been built literally on the lake shore since 2002; and La Loggia is an open platform facing the water.

Site highlights

  • La Plage — lakeside stage unique in Europe for nocturnal concerts
  • Main Stage — has hosted Radiohead, Daft Punk, Metallica, Bob Dylan
  • Protected natural site outside the festival: free hiking and water sports
Pixidia tip: If you have a free day before or after the festival, the Malsaucy leisure base offers water activities. The François Mitterrand cycle path links Belfort town centre to the peninsula in 7 km.
