EICMA 2026 runs from Thursday 5 to Sunday 8 November 2026 at Fiera Milano Rho, open to the public from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. A day ticket costs €21.50 online (€20 plus €1.50 in fees). Tuesday 3 and Wednesday 4 November are reserved for the press and trade.
Checked on against the official sources cited (eicma.it, ticketseicma.it).
The international motorcycle show opens its doors in Rho, on the edge of Milan. Between the days reserved for trade visitors, the public opening from Thursday to Sunday, and tickets announced for online sale only, it helps to know which day to pick, which ticket to buy and how to get to the site. This guide uses the organiser’s information, checked on 14 October 2026, and flags what is still to be confirmed.
1. Staying in Milan during the show

Milan as a base, and Lake Como on a private day trip
The show can be covered in a day, but if you’re travelling from afar, two or three nights in Milan lets you spread the visits without rushing. The sources we checked don’t publish any accommodation rates for the show dates. Book early, ideally in an area served by the M1 line (terminus Rho Fieramilano) or by an S-line station: you’ll make the daily return trips without an unnecessary change.
The tourist tax is still to be confirmed. The 2026 amounts published by the press differ from one source to another, and the city website was not accessible on the date we checked. Ask your accommodation for the exact rate before you book.
If you want to see Lake Como during your stay, a private excursion from Milan is offered on 5, 6, 7 and 8 November 2026, at 9:00 am, according to the Viator listing checked on 14 October 2026. Those dates fall during the show, so the tour (about 10 hours) replaces a day at the exhibition.
The programme covers Como, Bellagio and Varenna, with a visit to a historic villa and a ferry crossing from Varenna to Bellagio. The driver takes you back to your Milan hotel around 7:00 pm. The description doesn’t say whether lunch is included: the provider books the restaurant for you, to be requested after purchase, and this point is to be confirmed before you book.
Highlights
- A direct metro line (M1) to the Rho Fieramilano terminus
- Two or three nights to see the show without rushing
If you stay in Milan after the show, our Prima della Scala 2026 guide covers the season’s landmarks: read the Prima della Scala 2026 guide. If your return goes through an Italian airport, also see our article on air traffic control strikes in Italy.
2. Dates and opening hours: which day to pick
EICMA doesn’t open to the general public on the first day. Trade and press days take up Tuesday 3 and Wednesday 4 November, then the public is admitted from Thursday 5 to Sunday 8 November, from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. Hours vary by audience: on Tuesday, exhibitors only enter from 1:00 pm. The table below follows the show’s official page.
| Audience | Days | Hours | Conditions |
|---|---|---|---|
| Press | Tuesday 3 and Wednesday 4 November 2026 | 8:30 am to 6:30 pm | Press accreditation |
| Trade professionals (operators) | Tuesday 3 November 2026 | 1:00 pm to 6:30 pm | Minimum age 18, documents required |
| Trade professionals (operators) | Wednesday 4 November 2026 | 8:30 am to 6:30 pm | Minimum age 18, documents required |

The day for trade professionals
The trade pass is for the two-wheel sector: motorcycle and bicycle dealers, workshops, insurers and driving schools. Travel agencies, clubs, schools, associations and media don’t qualify for this pass. You need a 2026 company register extract (visura camerale) or an exhibitor invitation letter, plus an ID. Online pre-registration closes on Friday 23 October 2026. The pass price isn’t published on the official page: for any question, write to [email protected]. The organiser’s trade page also mentions the EICMA Business Meeting, free B2B meetings announced from October, whose terms are still to be confirmed.
The best day for individual visitors
Thursday 5 November is the first day open to the general public, followed by Friday 6, which is still a weekday. Visitors’ accounts describe packed crowds in front of the stands at weekends, and the specialist press advises aiming for a weekday or the morning. These are visitors’ reports, not a measure of attendance.
3. Tickets: prices, discounts and pitfalls
Sales are announced online only, through the official ticket site hosted on ticketseicma.it. They opened at the end of July 2026. A launch promotion at €15 for an adult day ticket ended on Tuesday 15 September 2026 at 12:00 pm. Since then, the full price applies: €20 plus €1.50 in fees, so €21.50 in total.
| Ticket | Price | Conditions |
|---|---|---|
| Adult day ticket | €20 + €1.50 fee (€21.50) | Public access, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm |
| Adult afternoon ticket | €14 | Valid from 1:30 pm |
| Reduced afternoon ticket (ages 4 to 13) | €7 | Valid from 1:30 pm |
| Cloakroom | €4 | Bag storage |
| School group | €15 per person | Groups of 20 to 70 people, registration before 20 October 2026 |
| Visitor with a disability | Free entry | Free adult companion, card shown at the ticket desk |
Source: official ticket site ticketseicma.it and organiser’s press release, checked on 14 October 2026.
The afternoon ticket, at €14 from 1:30 pm, is enough for a first look at the stands. To see the exhibitions and the annex zones without rushing, the full day is the safer choice.
The reduced day rate is still to be confirmed
For the reduced day ticket for ages 4 to 13, no price appears on the ticket page we checked. One media outlet quotes €10, but the organiser hasn’t confirmed that figure: check it before you buy. Children under 4 get in free according to a secondary source, to be confirmed on the ticket site.
Tickets on the day: no box office price published for 2026
Sales are announced online only for 2026, and no box office price is published. The €25 paid on site in 2025 is a reference from a previous edition, not an announced price. Buying online avoids depending on a price that hasn’t been communicated. Third-party resellers sometimes offer tickets whose dates don’t match the public days: don’t use them as a price reference.
4. Getting to Rho: metro, train and airports

From Milan to Rho Fiera: the M1 is enough in most cases
From central Milan, the red M1 line goes straight to the Rho Fieramilano terminus. The S5, S6 and S11 trains leave from Porta Garibaldi and stop at Rho Fiera Milano station, about 500 metres from the show entrance. The Milano-Domodossola regional line serves the same station from Milano Centrale. We didn’t time the journeys: check them on the operator’s journey planner on the day of your visit.
Highlights
- A single metro line between the centre and the site
- A rail station about 500 m from the show
- A rail link from Porta Garibaldi (S5, S6 or S11) to Rho Fiera Milano station
The table below sums up the links to the site from Milan and its airports, according to the organiser’s official page.
| Departure | Route | Point to check |
|---|---|---|
| Central Milan (Cadorna) | M1 metro to the Rho Fieramilano terminus | Ticket valid on the M1 |
| Porta Garibaldi | S5, S6 or S11 trains to Rho Fiera Milano station | Today’s timetable on the planner |
| Milano Centrale | Milano-Domodossola line to Rho Fiera Milano station | Connection not confirmed |
| Malpensa Airport | Malpensa Express to Porta Garibaldi or Cadorna, then M1 metro | 2026 fare to be confirmed (€15 in 2025) |
| Linate Airport | M4 metro to San Babila, then M1 metro | Change at San Babila |
Source: eicma.it, general information page, checked on 14 October 2026. ATM fares and connections are to be confirmed on atm.it.
Transport tickets and shuttle
The official page cites ATM tickets at €2.20 for 90 minutes and €7.60 for the day. We couldn’t check these amounts on atm.it when writing: confirm them before you leave. A Milan website also says paper tickets have not been sold or accepted since 1 January 2026; this isn’t verified on atm.it and remains to be confirmed. No official shuttle is announced for 2026. The organiser’s page links to a bus service, Busforfun, with no confirmed 2026 timetable. One guide mentions direct shuttles from Malpensa with no source: don’t count on them.
Before you leave, check the official strike calendar of the Ministry of Transport (mit.gov.it/scioperi).
5. Coming by motorcycle or car
Riding over? The PM1 motorcycle car park, on the ground floor, is free according to the organiser’s official page. Another source says the P1 car park is free for motorcycles too: check at the entrance before you park. Don’t leave your bike on the pavement: the organiser reminds visitors every year that two-wheelers get fined there.
By car, the official page lists car parks P1, PM2 and P2 to P5, and asks you to switch off your Telepass badge before entering. 2026 rates aren’t published in the sources we checked: check the organiser’s site before you leave.
ATM park-and-ride car parks
The organiser announces more than 10,000 free places in ATM park-and-ride car parks, with booking through the ticket. Media give other numbers and other days: about 13,000 places on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 November according to Moto125cc, about 15,000 places from 6 to 8 November according to Virgilio. Don’t rely on a single article. The official page also pairs a Saturday and a Sunday with 8 and 9 November, while 8 November 2026 is a Sunday. Check the exact conditions on eicma.it before you leave.
Driving in central Milan
Central Milan has traffic restrictions. According to MilanoFree, a secondary source, Area B is active Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm, with Saturday and Sunday free. Area C follows the same hours on weekdays, and one source mentions an extension to weekends in 2026, not confirmed. The Area C day ticket is quoted at €7.50 by several secondary sources: this amount still needs confirming on the Comune di Milano website, which wasn’t accessible on the date we checked. Check your vehicle’s eligibility and the hours before you drive into the centre.
6. What to see: exhibitions and 2026 highlights
EICMA is first and foremost a manufacturers’ show. On the date of writing, few official announcements have been made. Here is what is confirmed, with its source, and what isn’t.

Ducati celebrates its centenary at the show
Ducati marks 100 years in 2026. Motorbox announces an exhibition devoted to the brand at Fiera Milano Rho during the four public days. According to that outlet, the announcement was made on 18 April 2026 in Bologna. Motorbox is the only source we checked for this exhibition: read its article. No hall number is published in the source we checked: find the exhibition on the show map at the entrance.
Highlights
- A centenary exhibition announced for all four public days
- A historical theme that shows the brand beyond the new models
- A separate exhibition from the rest of the show, to find on the map
The MotoGP exhibition « Legends of Speed » occupies hall 22 from 5 to 8 November 2026. It is organised with MotoGP and the Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM), according to InSella. Sources disagree on its size and on the number of bikes on display: we don’t repeat those figures.
The Italian press also announces three complementary zones: Y.U.M. (Your Urban Mobility), dedicated to urban mobility with more than 40 vehicles to test according to Virgilio, EICMA Adventouring, devoted to motorcycle touring, and MotoLive, an arena where free races are included in the ticket. These zones are only confirmed by media outlets: check their presence at the show entrance.
| Zone | Dates | What is announced | Level of confirmation |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ducati Centenary exhibition | 5 to 8 November | 100 years of the brand (1926-2026) | Motorbox, single source |
| Legends of Speed (MotoGP) | 5 to 8 November | Hall 22, with EICMA, MotoGP and FIM | InSella, published 19 September 2026 |
| Y.U.M. Your Urban Mobility | Dates not specified | Urban mobility, more than 40 vehicles to test | Virgilio (secondary source) |
| EICMA Adventouring | Dates not specified | Zone dedicated to motorcycle touring | Virgilio (secondary source) |
| MotoLive | Dates not specified | Arena with races included in the ticket | Virgilio (secondary source) |
| KTM | 2026 | Presence announced, no model specified | Motorbox |
Sources: Motorbox, InSella and Virgilio, checked on 14 October 2026. Virgilio is a secondary source: information from it should be cross-checked on the organiser’s website.
The big brands: few confirmed announcements
For the major manufacturers, here is the situation at the time of writing. Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Triumph, BMW Motorrad, Harley-Davidson and the Piaggio group (Aprilia, Moto Guzzi, Vespa) have not published any new-model programme for the 2026 show that we were able to consult. The models presented at the 2025 edition are not 2026 launches. A Yamaha presentation on 2 November 2026 is mentioned on a German page, without confirmation from the show: don’t link it to EICMA without an official announcement.
How many exhibitors?
The magazine Virgilio announces 754 exhibitors and 2,120 brands from 52 countries, spread over ten halls, for the 2026 edition. That figure isn’t in the official press release we checked: we present it as a press announcement. For comparison, moto.it reports more than 730 exhibitors from 50 countries for the 2025 edition. Beware of the word « attendances »: it adds up every entry over the six days, public, trade and media included. It isn’t a count of unique visitors.
7. Budget for a day at the show
For an individual day visit from Milan, excluding accommodation and meals, here are the costs to plan for, with their level of confirmation.
- Adult day ticket: €21.50 online (€20 plus €1.50 fee). Official price.
- Adult afternoon ticket: €14 from 1:30 pm. An option if you only visit for two or three hours.
- Transport: two 90-minute tickets at €2.20 each, or a day ticket at €7.60. Amounts cited on the official page, to be confirmed on atm.it.
- Cloakroom: €4 if you need to leave a bag.
- Food on site: no figure in the sources we checked.
Altogether, entry and transport come to about €26 to €29 per person, excluding meals, cloakroom and parking, if the 2026 ATM fares are confirmed. Car parking isn’t published for 2026.
8. A typical day: visit order and tips
The site covers more than 300,000 m² according to Virgilio, outdoor areas included, and you cover it on foot. Here is a plan that takes that size into account.
- Before 9:30 am: arrival and entry. Exhibitors get in one hour before the public. For the public, arrive a few minutes before the 9:30 am opening.
- 9:30 am to 12:30 pm: priority zones. Start with what you most want to see, for example the Ducati exhibition or the Legends of Speed exhibition in hall 22.
- Around 12:30 pm: lunch break. Eat before 12:30 pm or after 2:00 pm, to avoid the peak hour.
- Afternoon: annex zones. Y.U.M., Adventouring and MotoLive, announced by the press, are found on site: the 2026 map wasn’t published on the date we checked.
- Before closing at 6:30 pm: leaving. Allow time to collect your bag from the cloakroom and to reach the station or metro.
A few practical rules complete this plan. The show offers free Wi-Fi, but the network can be weak in the halls: keep your ticket offline, for example as a screenshot, in case of a drop. Animals are not admitted. In 2023, a security check with gates was in place: the 2026 rule isn’t published, so pack a small bag to speed up entry.
9. Depending on your profile
- Family with children. The reduced ticket for ages 4 to 13 exists: €7 for the afternoon, bought online. For the reduced day ticket, check the price on the ticket site, as it isn’t confirmed. Children under 4 get in free according to a secondary source. For a day out, pick Thursday or Friday: Tuesday and Wednesday are reserved for trade professionals and the press.
- First trip, road or track enthusiast. Aim for Thursday or Friday, in the morning. The €21.50 day ticket gives you time to see the exhibitions and annex zones.
- Tight budget. The €14 afternoon ticket (€7 for a child) keeps the spend down. ATM tickets (fares to be confirmed) remain inexpensive; parking isn’t published for 2026.
- Visitor with a disability. Entry is free, with a free adult companion. Show your disability card at the ticket desk on the day of your visit.
- Two-wheel trade professional. Tuesday 3 November from 1:00 pm, or Wednesday 4 from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm. Pre-register before 23 October 2026 with your documents.
- Travel agency, club or school. These profiles aren’t admitted on the trade pass. Come as a member of the public, Thursday to Sunday.
10. What other guides don’t tell you
Mainstream guides often repeat the same information. Here are five points checked on the organiser’s official pages, missing or vague in the guides we consulted.
- Trade professional hours. On Tuesday 3 November, exhibitors only enter from 1:00 pm; on Wednesday 4, they enter from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm. Source: eicma.it, general information (checked on 14 October 2026).
- Trade access requirements. 2026 company register extract or exhibitor letter, ID, minimum age 18, pre-registration before 23 October 2026. Source: eicma.it, trade page (checked on 14 October 2026).
- School group rate. €15 per person for groups of 20 to 70, with registration before 20 October 2026. Source: eicma.it, general information (checked on 14 October 2026).
- Access for people with disabilities. Free entry, free adult companion, card to show at the ticket desk on the day of the visit. Source: eicma.it, general information (checked on 14 October 2026).
- No official shuttle. No shuttle is announced for 2026, and the Busforfun link shows no confirmed 2026 timetable. Source: eicma.it, general information (checked on 14 October 2026).
Before you go: papers, weather, eSIM and insurance
Documents. Entry rules depend on your nationality, and we haven’t verified them for UK passport holders: check the official UK government travel advice for Italy before you book. Make sure your passport or ID card is valid on the day you travel.
Weather. In November, Milan averages between 5 and 13 °C according to the secondary sources we checked, with frequent rain. Pack a waterproof jacket and layers, as the site is on foot, outdoor areas included.
A data plan to activate before you leave, to stay connected in Milan and find your way to Rho without a local SIM card. Choose the duration to match your stay.
Prices depend on the plan length, shown on the siteUseful for a multi-day stay in Milan, with a flight or train trip. Read the coverage terms on the insurer’s site before you buy.

Do I need to buy my ticket in advance?
Sales are announced online only for 2026, through the official ticket site. No box office price is published; the €25 paid on site in 2025 is a reference from a previous edition. Buying before your visit avoids the box office queue and any price surprise. Be wary of third-party resellers, whose dates don’t always match the public days.
Where is EICMA 2026?
The show is at Fiera Milano Rho, SS. 33 del Sempione 28, 20017 Rho (MI), west of Milan. The site is served by the M1 metro, whose terminus is Rho Fieramilano, and by the S5, S6 and S11 trains, which stop at Rho Fiera Milano station about 500 metres from the entrance. Source: eicma.it.
How do I get to Rho Fiera from Milan?
The simplest option is the M1 metro, whose terminus is Rho Fieramilano. The S5, S6 and S11 trains leave from Porta Garibaldi for Rho Fiera Milano station. The Milano-Domodossola line serves the same station from Milano Centrale; we haven’t confirmed a connection from Centrale, or its journey time. Check the route on the ATM journey planner on the day of your visit.
Is there a shuttle from the airport?
No official shuttle is announced for the 2026 edition. The organiser’s page links to a bus service with no confirmed 2026 timetable. From Malpensa, take the Malpensa Express to Porta Garibaldi or Cadorna, then the M1. From Linate, the M4 goes to San Babila, where you change for the M1. The 2026 fares for these links are to be confirmed before you leave.
Can I park my motorbike at the show?
Yes. According to the organiser’s official page, the PM1 motorcycle car park, on the ground floor, is free. Another source says the P1 car park is free for motorcycles: check at the entrance. ATM park-and-ride car parks are announced as free on some days, with booking through the ticket, but their dates and number of spaces vary between sources. Don’t leave the bike on the pavement, where it gets fined.
Do children pay for entry?
Yes, at the reduced rate for ages 4 to 13: €7 for the afternoon, bought online. For the reduced day rate, the ticket page we checked shows no price, and one outlet quotes €10, to be confirmed. Children under 4 get in free according to a secondary source, to be checked on the ticket site. Animals are not admitted to the show.
Is the show accessible to people with disabilities?
Yes, according to the organiser’s official page. A person with a disability gets in free, accompanied by an adult who also gets in free. Show your disability card at the ticket desk on the day of your visit. The 2026 map wasn’t published on the date we checked: to plan your route, check the organiser’s website and contact them before your visit if you have specific needs.
What’s new at EICMA 2026?
Official announcements are few on the date of writing. Confirmed are a Ducati exhibition for the brand’s centenary and the MotoGP exhibition « Legends of Speed » in hall 22. Y.U.M., Adventouring and MotoLive are announced by the press. No manufacturer launch is confirmed by the show: don’t rely on reports published before the opening.
How many exhibitors are there at EICMA 2026?
Virgilio announces 754 exhibitors and 2,120 brands from 52 countries for the 2026 edition. That figure isn’t taken from the official press release we checked: wait for an organiser announcement before quoting it as fact. For the 2025 edition, moto.it reports more than 730 exhibitors from 50 countries.
