Tickets for the Nations Championship Finals Weekend (Friday, November 27 to Sunday, November 29, 2026) are sold by Ticketmaster Sport, the official ticketing agent. No official face value has been published: the press reported in February 2026 an entry-level price of £125 for the final day. The match is played at Allianz Stadium, the former Twickenham Stadium, in London.

Checked on against the official sources cited (Welsh Rugby Union, England Rugby, Allianz Stadium, Ticketmaster, GOV.UK).

The Nations Championship final is played in London, and tickets are already on sale. The Finals Weekend brings six classification matches over three days, at the Twickenham ground now called Allianz Stadium. This guide gives kick-off times in London and Paris time, the official purchase channel, the prices published or checked on October 18, 2026, and what to plan for a trip built around the match.

1. Six matches over three days, with the final on Sunday

The Finals Weekend is not a single match but a three-day programme. Each session pits two teams of the same rank from their North and South pools: the top North team meets the top South team in the final on Sunday, November 29. The times below are those published by the Welsh Rugby Union, in London time, with the Paris conversion.

Source: Welsh Rugby Union, « all you need to know » page on the Nations Championship, checked October 18, 2026. Paris time calculated: on October 25, 2026, London and Paris switch to winter time; in November, Paris is at UTC+1 and London at GMT (UTC+0).

The finalists are not known in advance. The last pool match is scheduled for November 21, 2026, a date still to be confirmed on an official page: the pairings are only fixed once the pools end. Nobody can say today which team will play in the final.

The same stadium also hosts pool matches in November, separate from the Finals Weekend. England play Japan on Saturday, November 14, 2026, at 4:40 p.m. GMT (5:40 p.m. in Paris) according to the calendars checked, and Australia on Sunday, November 8, a date taken from several consistent sources. The match against New Zealand, scheduled for Saturday, November 21, is not yet confirmed on an official page.

Don’t confuse it with the Nations Cup, another November 2026 competition. World Rugby runs it from November 6 to 21, and it does not end with a final: the top team in each pool is crowned (World Rugby statement of August 31, 2026). Online searches often mix up the two names, hence this reminder.

2. A weekend in London around the match

London between sessions

Ticket: price not published November 27 to 29, 2026 Monday, November 30: no session

On Saturday and Sunday, the first session starts at 1:10 p.m. GMT, the second at 4:40 p.m. GMT. On Friday, the second session starts at 8:10 p.m. GMT: the evening is spent at the stadium, and the trip back to central London runs late. On Monday, November 30, no session is scheduled, which makes it the free day for a trip out of London.

Key points

  • Twickenham station is about a 10-minute walk from Allianz Stadium, according to the stadium’s access page (non-match days; to be confirmed for the finals).
  • Richmond is about 8 minutes by train from Twickenham, and Hounslow East about 30 minutes by bus.
  • On Friday, the stadium is non-smoking and bars accept cards only.
Pixidia tip: On Monday, November 30, there is no session: it is the day when a trip out of London clashes with no match. The options checked all start at 8:00 a.m.

For a free day, a day trip from London combines Stonehenge, Windsor Castle and the city of Bath. Four things to know before you book:

  • Who it suits: visitors with a free day in London who want to see Stonehenge, Windsor and Bath on the same day.
  • Schedule: Monday, November 30, 2026, no session. When checked on October 18, five of the ten time slots were open, all at 8:00 a.m.
  • Watch out: the price depends on the option chosen. For two adults, it runs from €190.58 (€95.29 per person) to €419.74 (€209.87 per person) depending on the option. Compare the options before paying: availability is only checked as of the date of the check.

3. Tickets: the official channel, the packages and resale

Official ticketing is handled by Ticketmaster Sport, the competition’s ticketing agent. Its page for the 100 days before the event, dated August 20, 2026, reported more than 100,000 tickets sold for the weekend. England Rugby links to the competition’s ticketing portal, on the domain nationschampionshiprugby.tmtickets.co.uk. That portal returned an access error (401) when we checked: go through the England Rugby page or through Ticketmaster, and check the address before you pay.

Three formats exist:

  • Day ticket: access to one session, on the day of your choice.
  • Multi-day pass: several sessions across several days. The discount some guides mention is not confirmed by any official page we checked: don’t count it in your budget.
  • Support Your Team: access to your team’s match, which is played on November 27, 28 or 29 depending on its ranking. The day is only known once the pools end, not at the time of purchase.

What is published, and what is not

No official face value has been published on the pages checked on October 18, 2026: Ticketmaster, Allianz Stadium and England Rugby. The only reference figure comes from the press. The Note, dated February 4, 2026, picks up a Guardian article and announced premium seats at £280 and entry-level tickets at £125 for the final day. These are launch projections, not prices on sale.

Packages around the match, however, have published prices, but from resellers and tour operators:

These packages are reseller or tour operator bundles, not official tickets. The VU package excludes match tickets, so you need to buy a ticket separately. Sodexo Live publishes the times of its official hospitality, but refers you to a contact for the price.

Resale platforms, such as Viagogo or StubHub, show prices that are not published sale prices. A ticket bought outside the official portal may not be valid at the gate. Go through Ticketmaster Sport or the portal named by England Rugby.

4. Getting to the stadium from London

Allianz Stadium, Whitton Road, TW2 7BA

Twickenham, southwest London Twickenham station: 10 min walk RFU shuttle: £5 one way

For a match, the train is the simplest option. Twickenham station is about a 10-minute walk from the stadium (non-match days; to be confirmed for the finals). Trains also run from Clapham Junction and Reading to Twickenham station. From London Waterloo, the train journey is estimated at about 30 minutes by guides, with no official timetable: check times before you leave. Guides advise planning ahead, as trains are crowded on match days.

The options

  • Train from Richmond: about 8 minutes to Twickenham, according to the stadium’s access page.
  • RFU shuttle from Richmond and Hounslow East: £5 one way, return free, running from 3 hours before kick-off to 3 hours after the final whistle. 2026 fare to be reconfirmed.
  • Parking is not confirmed for the finals: don’t count on a car.
Pixidia tip: the shuttle fare (£5 one way, return free) and timetable come from an RFU page last updated on May 8, 2025. Reconfirm them on the federation’s website before you set off.

On Friday, November 27, the England Rugby page for that day says the stadium is non-smoking, bars accept cards only, and the ticket office closes around 8:50 p.m. Bring a bank card, and allow a margin for the trip back after the second session at 8:10 p.m. GMT.

5. Entry rules, travel and time difference

Most EU nationals, French travelers included, do not need a visa for the UK, but they do need an ETA, an electronic travel authorization. It costs £20 and is applied for only on GOV.UK, with no middleman. It is tied to the passport used for the application, so check your passport’s validity before you apply. Visitors from the United States and other countries should check the GOV.UK entry rules for their own passport.

Entry rules change. The official travel advice page could not be read during our check: reread it before you leave.

On October 25, 2026, London and Paris switch to winter time; in November, Paris is at UTC+1 and London at GMT (UTC+0). A match at 4:40 p.m. GMT therefore starts at 5:40 p.m. in Paris.

Routes from France are not covered here: Eurostar times and flights could not be checked on the competition’s official site or on Eurostar’s, which was unreachable while this article was being written. Compare them directly on their sites before you book a slot.

Three points still need checking before you travel: the stadium’s luggage policy, which was not found; contactless or Oyster payment at Twickenham station, which the official London transport source did not confirm; and the weather. No forecast is included in this article: check the Met Office as the weekend approaches.

6. Budget: the costs to plan for

The budget breaks down into items, some of which have no public price. Each amount below is dated or sourced.

  • Match ticket: no official price. The Note, dated February 4, 2026 and citing a Guardian article, announced £125 for entry-level tickets and £280 for premium seats on the final day. These are projections.
  • Day trip out of London: from €95.29 per adult (2-adult basis) for Stonehenge, Windsor and Bath, on Monday, November 30, checked on Viator on October 18, 2026. The most expensive option that day is €209.87 per person.
  • UK ETA: £20 per person, paid once per application.
  • RFU shuttle: £5 one way, return free (May 2025 page, to be reconfirmed for 2026).
  • Accommodation: no official source publishes a hotel rate for the weekend, so no price is given here. Match weekends fill hotels in Twickenham, Richmond and Kingston upon Thames. Guides recommend booking early and aiming for an area served by the South West line (Waterloo, Clapham Junction) or central London. Reseller packages, from £329 on Saturday and £379 on Sunday per person (based on 2 occupants), are listed in the table in section 3.
  • Food and drink: on Friday, bars accept cards only. No food price was checked on an official page.

The most uncertain cost is the ticket: with no published price, the budget should include a margin. Compare the categories on the official portal, where tickets are already on sale for all three days.

7. Match day: field tips

Leave a margin. The walk from the station takes about ten minutes under normal conditions. On match days, allow extra time: the crowd slows you down.

Choose your session by team. If you are coming to watch a particular country, a Support Your Team ticket avoids paying for a fixed session that doesn’t match its game. The day is only known once the pools end.

Don’t plan a late return without checking. The Friday session at 8:10 p.m. GMT ends at night. Check the transport options before booking accommodation far from the stadium, and favor areas served by the South West line (Waterloo, Clapham Junction) or the centre.

Read the details of your package. A hospitality package combines meals and seats. A package without a match ticket requires a separate purchase, as with the VU package.

Keep a record of your ticket. Check the portal’s address before you pay, and keep the confirmation and the ticket in an offline messaging app. A ticket bought from an unofficial platform may not be accepted.

What other guides don’t tell you

These six points are missing or poorly explained in the travel guides we checked. Each rests on an official page or a federation.

  • The final’s kick-off is given in London and Paris time. The kick-off is set at 4:40 p.m. GMT on Sunday, November 29, which is 5:40 p.m. in Paris. Welsh Rugby Union (checked October 18, 2026).
  • Your team’s match day depends on its ranking. The Support Your Team ticket covers November 27, 28 and 29, depending on the rank earned in the pool. Allianz Stadium, Finals Weekend page (checked October 18, 2026).
  • The RFU shuttle costs £5 one way, and the return is free. It runs from 3 hours before kick-off to 3 hours after the final whistle, and leaves from Richmond and Hounslow East. Page updated May 8, 2025: the 2026 fare still needs reconfirming. England Rugby, event-day shuttle buses (checked October 18, 2026).
  • On Friday, bars accept cards only, and the stadium is non-smoking. The ticket office closes around 8:50 p.m. England Rugby, Friday November 27 page (checked October 18, 2026).
  • EU travelers, French visitors included, need a UK ETA, at £20. It is applied for on gov.uk, with no middleman, and it is not a visa. GOV.UK, ETA application (checked October 18, 2026).
  • The official ticketing agent is Ticketmaster Sport. Resale sites are not official agents, even when they show tickets for the same competition. Ticketmaster Sport, business page (checked October 18, 2026).
